Zinc electroplating

 Zinc electroplating involves depositing Zinc onto a ferrous metal. This is a popular choice for protecting surfaces in all types of manufacturing processes.  

We specialise in blue, yellow and black Zinc finishes.

Blue Zinc has a bluish white appearance where as Yellow Zinc (Zinc Gold Passivate) results in a yellow colored surface. These finishes are relatively inexpensive and provide a protective coating against corrosion. They are often used for corrosion protection of sheet metal and threaded components in the automotive and construction industries.

Black Zinc gives the finish a black color. It is used to make the part aesthetically pleasing. The finish will not chip, peel or rub off.
